Have you ever tasted Peruvian cuisine ..?  The flavours of this culinary delight will leave an unforgettable imprint in your mind.

The "Pollos a la Brasa" ... or better known as the Peruvian BBQ Chicken, prepared with a secret recipe passed down from generations and cooked slowly in a special charcoal oven.  Cholo's open it's first doors in Australia in Jamieson a few years ago, it quickly became famous for it's â€‹delicious  Pollos a la Brasa, as well as other traditional dishes.  Unfortunately due to family issues, the owners decided to take some time to recharge their batteries and return with a bigger and better solution for Canberra residents.​

Apart from the delicious BBQ Chicken, there are many over mouth watering dishes, such as ceviche, lomo saltado, aji de gallina, seco de carne, and the mazamorra as dessert .   "This is the best Peruvian food I've ever tasted in Australia" ... said the ex-Peruvian Emabasador to Australia when he visited Cholo's previously.



The owners Chester and Luz Franchini, know how to cook a feast. Once you try it, you will definite will never regret it.
